Personal information we collect

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. We also collect information about the individual pages or products you view and how you interact with the Site. We refer to this as "Device Information", collected using cookies, log files and web beacons.

When you make or attempt to make a purchase, we collect certain information from you, including your name, email address, phone number and payment information ("Order Information"). As a financial services provider, and in accordance with anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing (AML/CFT) regulations, we may also collect and verify identity information (identity document, proof of address, phone-number verification by OTP code) ("KYC Information"). We refer to all of the above collectively as "Personal Information".

How do we use your personal information?

We use the Order Information to fulfil your orders (processing your payment through our provider, generating and delivering your vouchers / PIN codes, and providing invoices and confirmations), to communicate with you, to screen for potential risk or fraud, and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. We use the Device Information to help screen for risk and fraud (in particular your IP address) and to improve and optimise our Site.

Sharing your personal information

We share your Personal Information with third parties for the purposes described above: in particular our payment provider PayDunya for transaction processing, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics. We may also share your information to comply with applicable laws, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request, or otherwise to protect our rights.

Behavioural advertising

We may use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertising or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. You can object to the use of your data for targeted advertising by contacting us.

Do not track

Please note that we do not alter our Site's data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, update, delete and object to the processing of personal information we hold about you, under the conditions provided by Senegalese law No. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data. Please note that certain data must be retained to meet our legal and regulatory obligations (in particular AML/CFT) and cannot be deleted before the expiry of the applicable legal retention periods.

We retain your Order Information and KYC Information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to comply with our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations (in particular AML/CFT), after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
